Wattie's to Home Delivery and Returns Policy


All our local bundles are sent through NZ Post Haste Couriers standard Parcel Delivery (Parcel Post) and should take between 3-7 business days, depending on where you are located. All our international bundles are sent through FedEx and should take between 15-20 business days, depending on where you are located. If you have not received your order within the delivery timeframe, please contact our customer service team. Our delivery fee is determined by your location and the weight of your bundle. Our system takes this information and determines the cost of delivery for your order which will be clearly stated at checkout. 

You will receive an email with the tracking number for your order when it has been dispatched. For local deliveries - if you put in your mobile number when ordering you will also receive a text to confirm your delivery preference. If you don’t receive a text or respond to it, you will have to be home to accept the delivery or it will be taken to your nearest post office for pick up. 

Please note: we are currently experiencing a delay in deliveries with lots of orders coming in and due to government alert levels guidelines. We are working as fast as we can to get our bundles out to you. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us.
