Where do you deliver to?

We currently deliver around New Zealand and you can also order for the delivery to your family and friends  in Australia, UK and USA. Please note that that these bundles are for individual use only and not for resale or commercial distribution.  

I have ordered 2 bundles but I have only received one

We have to pack and send each bundle separately because of the weight. We are doing our best to pack and send your parcel quickly but there might be occasions where we won’t be able to send 2 bundles in the same order at the same time. In case your bundles don’t arrive together, Please allow 2 or 3 days for your 2nd bundle to arrive. Of course, if you ordered bundles for  your family in Australia, UK or USA it will take longer, but you can track your order with FedEx for international deliveries or NZ Post Haste Couriers for local deliveries. You will receive an email with the tracking number for your order when it is dispatched.

How do I pre order?

If the bundle says it is available for pre order, then you follow the same purchase process. Click "Buy Now" on the bundle and purchase your order. Once you have purchased your bundle, it will be dispatched on the date stated on the bundle page. 

When are you going to sell a wider range?

We have been working very hard to make some of our most-loved varieties are available to order as soon as possible. We are listening to our fans, reading their comments and are already working on adding further bundles to the website in the next few weeks.

Can I change my delivery address after checkout?

Please make sure your delivery address is correct before completing an order. If your order has already been sent we can’t change the delivery address.

Please note: we are currently experiencing a delay in deliveries with lots of orders coming in and due government alert levels guidelines. We are working as fast as we can to get our bundles out to you. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us.  

I don’t like one of the products in the bundle, can I change for another one?

The bundles we’ve launched contains our most-loved Wattie’s® varieties. Behind the scenes, we’re working hard to add more bundles to Wattie’s® To Home. However, we can’t change or swap any of the products inside the bundles.

I live abroad, can I get Wattie’s® Bundles delivered here? 

At this time, Wattie’s® To Home deliveries are only available to be purchased by residents  of  New Zealand. But if you live in  in Australia, UK or USA, your family can purchase one of our bundles for you and we will deliver it to you via FedEx.

How do I purchase one of the bundles for my family overseas?

You can purchase one of our bundles if your family lives in Australia, UK or USA. We will organize delivery of the bundles to them via FedEx and provide you with a tracking number for your order when it is dispatched.

 How long will my delivery take?

 All our bundles are sent through  NZ Post Haste Couriers standard Parcel Delivery (Parcel Post) for local deliveries and FedEx for international deliveries. Local deliveries and should take between 3-7 business days and international deliveries should take between 15-20 business days depending on where you are located. If you have not received your order within 10 business days, please contact our customer service team.

 Can I mix and match products from different bundles?

Unfortunately, you are not able to mix and match products from different bundles. All our bundles are comprised of much loved Wattie’s products and they can’t be changed or swapped. We are working behind the scenes to launch new bundles and are always listening to our customers feedback.

How will I know when you release new bundles?
